Has Fusion Cash thought about paying by length of video? I know it is ultimately up to the sponsorer/provider but why not make all videos the same pay out or on a scale? We all love videos but getting paid 2 cents for a 20 second one and then next day watch a 4 min one and get 1 cent just seems a little silly :wave:

Definitely would like the videos a lot more if it paid by length...if they added Adgenesis too that would be awesome

that sounds reasonable, im all for it!!!! if a video is 2 minutes or less one cent is fine. 2 minutes and one second to 4 minutes should be 3 cents. 4 minutes to 6 minutes should be 7 cents. 6 minutes to 12 minutes should be 9 cents.

I like the idea for getting paid for length of the video, however, I doubt that can be controlled. I imagine the sponsor controls the price offered. I do like the idea and it makes sense.
I haven't seen a 9 minute video. I've only seen the 6 minute Emily Rossum Inside video. That was probably my longest viewed video.

I don't know if paying by the length of the video would work- but I think having multiple videos available, and you have to enter a code to prove you ACTUALLY watched it. Again, that's an idea from another site that I use...

I would like that too, but that's up for the advertiser to decide. I agree watching a 7 minute video for a cent isn't a great investment, but money is money.

Yes I am apart of another site that does that, it seems like their videos are always the same payout no matter what too. And I usually get at least 3 videos a day from them so maybe that is why we have less here, advertisers know their videos are being watched so they prefer that site over one like this :wave:

I just watched the video we had to watch for a penny for about 6 minutes and it was nasty stuff. It should have been 2cents at least I thought. I like inbox cause you get at least 4 a day. and a lot more emails also. takes a long time to get paid though. like 2 months after you reach the point.
fushion still rocks. when they dont forget to pay you for showing your paypal account.

I like that idea! It does get a little frustrating whenever you watch a 6-9 minute video and get paid 1 cent!

I would welcome two things;
1. A video system where two numbers scroll across the screen which you submit after watching the video to reassure the sponsors that you are actually watching it (other GPT sites do this)
2. More video offerings please
I believe the sponsors set the cash offer and that is outside the control of FusionCash. I think we should be happy we're actually being paid just for watching an ad. We have to pay for the privilege on cable! I'm sure the sponsors have found this to be an effective way of advertising or they couldn't afford to pay us and FC! ;D

Have you ever noticed that what we see in ads takes at least a week to come out on your TV. What I think happens is that we are their "test" group then they can take it to the networks and say look we got X amount of hits online then those networks chose to run the ads. If in fact that is how it works, they obviously toss in what they paid us as part of their contract before they take home the big bucks :wave:

Good catch. Makes perfect sense. If these videos weren't helping the sponsors increase their bottom line, they couldn't afford to pay us as well as FC to offer them. Either they see an increase in hits on the net or an increase in sales that they link to the advance screening of their ads. Perhaps they may also use the information they gather to decide which ads are effective and which are not before running them on the networks and on public sites online. :thumbsup:
