If I didn't get up a few times at night to take a trip to the bathroom, I would probably get eight hours of sleep. Since I don't always go right back to sleep, I will say six and a half to seven. When we are on our summer vacation at the lake, I go to bed earlier and will get more sleep.

I try to get between eight and nine hours of sleep a night on average more if I have a few extra hours on weekends if possible.

Not enough. I get about 5-6 hours sleep each night, whereas I think 7 hours would be sufficient to keep me from being tired during the day. I am restless at night and get up during the middle of the night or as often is the case I just go to bed late.

I GET ABOUT 5 HOURS A NIGHT BUT ONCE I WAKE UP I TAKE A NAP BEFORE I GO TO WORK SO I CAN BE REFRESH.

I used to sleep for 8 to 10 hours easy. As I get older it seems like my body needs less sleep (which makes no sense). For the past year or so I sleep for 6 hours tops and usually wake up before the alarm goes off. It's frustrating at times because I still feel tired most of the time. Mid day naps are NOT an option either! :BangHead:

Lately Ive been gettin 6hrs of sleep :( Oh how i would love to get a 8hr night of sleep w/ no interuptions!! :bootyshake:

If I'm lucky, I get about 4-5 hours of sleep at night. Generally I wake up in pain and it's the kind of pain that drives you crazy and wont go away for hours. Oh how I miss good sleep!

I get about 7 hours of sleep, but I still feel tired when I wake up.

Between 7 and 8 depending on if I have to wake up early.

I generaly get by with five or six hours of sleep a night. Blame it on my high body metabolism but I don't need more than that.

About 8 hours. I try to get to bed by midnight and I am usually up for good around 8:00.

Science recommend 8 to 6 hours...back in the days I used to make it 5 because of daily occupations and no time for my net occupations.

Sometimes I dont get enough sleep sometimes I sleep more than 8hours.

i would love to get at least 8 hours of sleep but that doesnt usually happen in my haouse. i have a problem sleeping early in the night so im up half the night. when i finally am able to fall asleep my daughter wakes up 9 times out of 10 and is ready to play! :(

Anywhere from 6 to 8 hours a night...Not a late sleeper, usually up by 6:30 on weekends.

I average around 4 hours a night.

my son is 3 and still gets up all times of night :BangHead: wished i could say i get good sleep but i dont. plus i am due in a few weeks with a baby girl and omg this is going to kill me .....wishing my son would sleep all night!!!!!! :dontknow:

I have a 13 month old daughter.. who seems to be in a phase at the moment.. she was sleeping through the night from 12 wks old.. now i get like 5 hours if i'm lucky of unbroken sleep... but if she's not happy than i don't sleep... thank god for the computer.. ;D

WOW...must be nice to get in 15 hours of sleep, most nights I get about 4 hours then I'm up and maybe I can get another 2-3 more hours after I try to get back to sleep

I have insomnia, but try to get a good 8 hours during a 24 hour period. Sometimes I can nap for a good 4 hours during the day. You do what you can. Staying up all night is something I've had to live with. I get productive so it's not a waste.

It varies with me because I go to bed at different times each night. I get about 8 hours a night.

I might put in 4 or 5 hours. I could possibly get more but the Internet is too addictive - particularly YouTube. I have a terrible bad habit of going to bed late and I feel miserable the next day, but I haven't gotten myself to change this.

I hardly get 5 hours daily. I go to sleep late at night and end up with a headache most days in the morning, but it is very hard to break a bad habit.

I'm lucky if I get 4hours. :( Way to much going on in my life right now, and it makes the day soooooo difficult to get thru on no sleep.

I get anywhere from 4 to 8 hours of sleep every night. I work at Walmart and I have to work days part of the time and I have to work night shift part of the time. I have a hard time going to sleep when I go to bed because of this. I have gone into work without any sleep at all. I hope everyone has a nice day and May God bless each of you.

i get a full 11 hours of sleep and some time less at times but alot of nights right at 11 hours

I got 7 1/2 hours of sleep last night. Feel great this morning!

I usually get about 4-5 hrs a night. I go to bed late, then i wake up several times a night due to RLS. THen of course its bathroom time. LOL

usually about 6 but omg today I didn't get out of bed until 10:30a I thought I was in a coma LOL

My nights are relatively inconsistent. On a good night, I get about 8 hours, but I at least try to get 5 hours of sleep each night.
