NO ONE from FC will respond to me. I did a support ticket 4 days ago and I'm being Ignored. I get that they have lives but It wouldn't take long to respond and let me know If I get the money I EARNED or not. I was hoping to have It by the 26th ( my birthday ) but I highly doubt anyone will respond by then.

what i would say to you is that you need to wait to your money in fusioncash go up and cashout like that 3o to 4o it be good for you and fusioncash
and then tell other people on youtube facebook and other thing it help you more man

According to the FAQ/Help section: You must allow 1-5 business days for electronic payment methods to post, and 2-10 business days for check delivery via USPS First Class Mail.

Those can take up to 65 days to be credited.

They disburse payment on or before the 20th of the month after you cashout. That is, if you cashout any time this month, your payment will be disbursed on or around September 20th. I had It set up for direct deposit but I just saw where It was sent back to FC. I wish someone would respond to my support ticket.

That sounds like a problem you need to check with your bank about. Sounds like FC sent payment but for some reason your bank rejected it. Probably nothing FC can do other than send you a check, at this point you should just cashout and get a paper check next month.

Support tickets that ask questions that are in the FAQ section are probably not answered. A lot of sites do that because they would be bogged down all day answering questions because people don't want to read the FAQ. Usually we are able to answer those here because there are so many of us logging in all the time that have been around for a long time.
However, now that you are seeing that your payment was returned (I am confused as to where you are seeing that) it would be appropriate to submit another support ticket since FC will have to tell you what needs to be done. I know that when there is an actual support issue they do respond.

Know this situation is frustrating for you but it does seem like your bank would have had to do the rejecting and perhaps they can explain why. I agree with others that your best bet is to cashout by requesting a paper check although unfortunately that means not in time for your birthday. My was the 22nd ! Here's wishing you a great birthday regardless!

If you don't mind me asking, what bank are you with? Bank of America?

Perhaps there was a problem with the account information you gave to fusion cash? or some other glitch? I would check with the bank, first, as to why the payment was returned. I go through paypal for my payments - I received my first one on the 19th of last month in paypal, and immediately transferred it to my bank. It was in my account three days later. This still takes less time than a paper check, and not much longer than direct deposit. I don't like giving out my bank information anyway, so paypal has been my choice for a long time when it comes to earning money from survey sites. Fusion cash does respond to support tickets when there is a legitimate concern not answered in the FAQs.

I meant to add - it looks as if you've been a member here for quite a while. Has anything like this happened before? If not, if you've had direct deposits go through smoothly, there must be a glitch somewhere.

I had the direct deposit set up to go onto a prepaid card that fusion had listed on the setup direct deposit page. It doesn't matter anymore though. I am so angry right now I could bite through a bullet. Today makes 5 days and shock shock no one has responded to my support ticket. I get they have lives but at least respond for crying out loud. I just don't understand why nobody will respond.

That is really weird that no one has responded yet, I'm really sorry. I see you've earned a lot of money here, and obviously it's been working for you until now. I hope that FC is just looking into the problem and trying to get it fixed so that they can properly respond to your ticket. Good luck!
