Title: Creating your own pizza. What ingredients would you pick ?

Post by: kapeh12 on August 28, 2011, 11:14:04 am: Meat - must have meet. After that I love black olives. If I have pepperoni - depending on my mood, I'd pair it with black olives and/or pineapple. Sausage/black olives is an old standby.

Definitely cheese (in my area, cheese comes standard, but I've heard that's not the case everywhere).

Post by: luveyourworld on August 28, 2011, 11:58:15 am: I actually did this yesterday! I took a cheese pizza, spead spinich, black olives and more cheese over it. Then I sprinkled garlic and oregano leaves on it. Honestly, it wasnt that great. The idea tasted good though.

Post by: amyrouse on August 28, 2011, 12:19:30 pm: Pineapple and roasted red peppers, and mix a bit of the pineapple juice in the pizza sauce. Or a plain banana pepper and cheese pizza. Or a mushroom and spinach pizza with a white sauce and feta cheese with the mozzarella and parmesan. Or a plain thick crust with mushrooms, green peppers, and onions... I love pizza. :)

I pile on carmelized onions, red peppers, itialian sausage , fresh roma tomato slices, fresh basil, black olives, fresh parmesan and mozzarella. My hubby loves it.

White sauce, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and topped with yellow shredded cheese
