Title: dying ones hair

is it best to dye it when it a bit dirty or clean? :dontknow:

I just finished putting henna in my hair I use that to dye it instead of regular dye because it's all natural. My hair was dirty because I didn't wash it.  It doesn't make sense to wash it first because then I'd still have to wash it out again so I always put it in before I wash my hair since it has to get washed out anyway.

a bit dirty is better, at least, when I dye my hair, it works better for me. best of luck!
