If you cash out early before 30 days , can you get the money credited to your bank or pay pal or do you have to wait until the 30 day period is up? :BangHead:

Cashouts are done on the 20th of the month after you request cashout.  It doesn't matter if you cashed out "early". You'll just continue to grow your new balance :)  I always cash out the minute I hit $15.00 in offers, even if it's at the start of the month.
