Title: losing my hair

I just really noticed this year that i have a balled spot on the top of my head where my bangs are at.  I guess from so much stress now i'm stressed about losing my hair. It's not as thick as it use to be maybe i'm going through meno pause i don't know but i hate this. Has anyone tried anything to help them grow their hair back?

Mine has been thinning for years. I figure if someone has a problem with my hair, they shouldn't look.

Start buying natural products and not store brand products...and stay away from the shampoos that have sodium laurel sulfate...which is basically everyone of the store bought brands. That is the same thing you put in your car and kills the roots in your hair.....look for info on it.
