Hmmmm, do ya think maybe the Water Restrictions might be contributing to the wildfires just a little bit??????? I know that 90% of the fires are man-made, and the wind doesnt help either, but come on! I'ts freakin crispy outside!!!! No water or moisture in the ground=no edwards aquifer refill=no condensation or humidity in the atmosphere= no cloud formation=NO RAIN?!?!?!? I think most of this would have been prevented if people just kept the ground watered. I understand that we need to conserve water, but at what cost? Entire neighborhoods have been lost, and many families devistated because of these fires. Then you look down the street in a neighborhood, and see where someone has kept their yard somewhat watered, and there is NO FIRE!!! My point is the dryer the ground is, the more at risk you are for fire! What are your thoughts on this issue, any theories?

GOD BLESS TEXAS----and---PLEASE SEND LOTS OF RAIN THERE!!

I think governer Rick Perry should get on the capitol steps and lead everyone in Texas and the USA, (who want to participate) in a Prayer for Rain in Texas.

Governer Sonny Perdue did that here in Georgia and IT WORKED. We got rain and ended our drought. But looks like we might need to do it again.

Ummmmm, the last time I checked, the earth and the atmosphere make rain, NOT PRAYER!!! Get your head "out of the clouds", and realize that praying for something does not work, give me a break!
