Title: Videos not crediting like they use to why?

I noticed lately that when viewing videos I don't receive credit notification nor does it show up on my account also some of the surveys do not credit either after successful completion  :dontknow: :angry7:

Since switching to the new video format the only issue I have found is that the videos do not always credit in Firefox, if I switch to Internet Explorer and do the exact directions again it works so maybe you should try that? :wave:

The videos are crediting best for me in Google Chrome lately. I recently upgraded my Adobe Flash Player to the latest version available and that seems to have helped. I just checked for videos in Chrome and received credit for five in a row.

I always use internet explorer for the videos even though I use the rest of it using Firefox.

I believe I have been receiving credit just fine... that's very strange.

some days mine do credit, and sometimes they don't.
and i don't do anything different at all  :dontknow:

I have noticed a change somewhat recently. I have a Mac and I could sometimes use safari and get credit. I no longer get credit if I use safari, ever. I always got credit using firefox but now I almost never get credit using firefox. I have to use google chrome to get credit and thus far, I always get credit using google chrome.   :dontknow:

I use IE for videos and they work and credit about 95% of the time.  The new video tab is working fine and I like it better than the old format.

Sometimes they do not credit to my account, mostly when it tells me to download a tool bar or something and I download it, nothing, It almost never credits me? WHY lol anyone with the same problem?

do you always get a daily video? I tried today and there were not any :( I just found this one the other day... still exploring the site

Sometimes I get credit and sometimes I don't.  Must be problems with the videos.  Well, you win some, you lose some.   :peace:

I tried  doing the videos in Firefox for the first week I was on FC and it never credited for me so I downloaded Google Chrome and now it works every time! So I def recommend Chrome for anyone else having this problem with FF.
