Title: SUPPORT STAFF - SURVEY CREDITS

I HAVE 4 OR 5 SURVEYS COOMPLETED FOR 10/24, AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED CREDIT. USUALLY MY CREDITS ARE THAT SAME DAY. IT SAYS STATUS: CHECK ACCOUNT, BUT THERE IS NO MONEY THERE FOR THEM. CAN I GET MY CREDITS PLEASE?

I hope that you make a habit of clearing your cookies and temps before starting a survey with a new survey site -- or since the last time that you completed a survey on any given survey site.  

You are correct that usually you will get credit for a completed survey in 10 minutes or less.  If you haven't received credit in 10 minutes, odds are the communications between the survey site and Fusion has broken down, but it could still be in the works.

I generally recommend to new survey users that when they get the congrads page to hold that site open for 10 minutes or until the credit is shown in their account.  If it hasn't credited in 10 minutes, then take a screen shot of the congrads pages, paste it to your PAINT software, add comments as to what survey site, topic of survey, date and time completed and amt of the credit due.  Then save it as a jpeg picture suitable labed (FCPOCsurveysitedate.jpeg) so you can find it easily.

If you haven't received credit in a couple of days, send in a ticket to support and attach the jpeg picture as proof you completed the survey and evidence that they can use to get compensation from the survey site.  No guarantee that they will be successful, but it does give them something to work with.

Thanks to all....passed for cookies test. My surveys are always credited quick. This is odd and I am really upset because I counted on these earnings....almost close to cashout. I'm about to give up. Not getting any help from Support either. It's very frustrating to spend so much time on this site and I completed these surveys totally.... :BangHead: >:( :angry7:
