Title: Todays video - Ned's trip to the NFL - not crediting.
Post by: swogden on November 06, 2011, 02:19:16 pm: The ad is cute and I watch it several times trying to get it to credit.

I used IE, usually pretty good about getting credit for videos, but it failed each time.

Also tried it in Firefox, but not surprised that it didn't credit there.

I was able to view the ad, the red box came up and I could generate the code, copy and pasted it successfully, but when I clicked the verify button, nothing happened.

Is this happening to anyone else? Or are you getting credit?

Post by: ejholt on November 06, 2011, 03:31:30 pm: That is what happened to me yesterday but today I clicked on the links 3 times and all 3 times I got credit. I guess it is hit and miss. Hope everyone has a nice day.

The same thing is happening to me also. On different browsers.

I gave it another try at 10:30pm and all 3 credited.
Don't know whether it was because I cleared my cookies/temp or it was just a hit and miss problem and this time it hit just right!

Post by: d1cheetah on November 06, 2011, 08:31:38 pm: I had to use google chrome to get the credit. I can't get any credit for videos using firefox on here. I did have to copy/paste the code from the video like the instructions say.

Post by: teerz on November 07, 2011, 05:21:12 am: Yes i watch it twice and put 2 different codes and didnt get credit for it!! yet i got credit yeasterday for one time!! N thats weird that a few of you got credit more then once for the video in a day, havent seen that on any other video... You might get a couple of those reversed, if not thats great that it credit you that amount of times maybe when i try back later it'll do the same to me!!!

Post by: kingreyam24 on November 07, 2011, 05:35:25 am: That's funny. The same thing was happening to me yesterday. I kept hitting verify over and over and it wouldn't do anything. I think they are working today because it worked immediately when I tried it today.

Give it another try!

Post by: ieatfelt on November 09, 2011, 02:23:41 pm: Yep, if the vid won't work using FF then just switch to IE and it should credit everytime! A bit of a pain, but it works! Hope this helps... :)
