I don't know what I would do without my treadmill at home!!!  It is my favorite thing I own. I just recently joined a gym, but have always worked out at home.  I enjoy checking out different workout dvd's from the library so there is a different one all the time.  I do light weights a couple times a week to break up the runs.  I love the flexibility of working out whenever I can but it does take self-motivation!  I always feel so much better when I get a work out in.

I have work out machines at home. I also do toning exercises but I've had to back off lately. I'm in physical therapy or bursites of the hip.  :-

I live in an apartment, upper floor at that.  They don't permit exercise equipment on the 2nd floor and up anymore, due to complaints about noise.  Funny how they haven't banned TV sets or stereos, despite those being the more frequent causes for noise complaints.   :bs:

I use my Wii with Wii Fit, Wii Sports, or the EA Fit game.  I also have hand weights, jump rope (though I do that outside), and a hula hoop to add variety.  I try to go walking a few times each week as well, if I'm not swamped with homework or research.

I'm a athletic man, so I often ride my bike. Either I'm paying bill or going somewhere. One thing I learn if you want to be healthy, never ever drink soda. Buy lots of organic food and eat 3 times during a day, as well as drink a lot of water.

Do stretching exercises, push-ups, sit-ups, running in place, jumping jacks, etc., while listening to your favorite dance music or any kind of music that will make your body move will keep you in shape.  Plus also eat a healthy diet of fruits and veggies and drinking lots of water will help too.

I have a gym membership which I use regularly. But I also have a treadmill and have been active using the XBox 360 kinect for some of my exercise motivation. I've rekindled my interest in zumba in particular.
