i need to find one! when i'm 50 i hope my kids will move out and then i can keep it clean- if they are still here they will be the maid

Shoot...I'm 55, never had kids and still have trouble keeping the place clean...lol. Having dog and cats can dirty up a house real quick! :cat: :fish:

I clean as I go; this way things don't get out of hand. I tidy up the bathroom daily and sometimes I don't have to do a major bathroom clean for a couple of weeks. Same thing in the kitchen when I dirty dishes I wash them right away.

I am VERY good about keeping kitchen and bathroom "tidy" but I work 40+ hours, my hubby works 50+ hours/week and we have a 4 year old and a 2 month old..... it's more important to spend quality time with my family than cleaning sometimes.... it's the dusting that gets away from me. I do vacuum often as I have a lot of carpet and don't like it dirty but.... it's still nice to think of a maid to help!

Valerie, it's hard when children are home I know. I feel lucky because I'm mostly home by myself kids gone bye, bye, lol.

I think it would be nice to have a maid. No matter what I do, it never seems to be enough. Just cant keep up. I have a chronic illness and tire easily, so cleaning takes me all week, so it is a never ending battle for me. :sad1:

By 50 I hope to be working a little less and be my own maid.

I want one also. I am tired of doing all this stuff myself. Hopefully I will be able to at least get a cleaning person. Maybe.

do a little housework everyday and then nothing gets too bad.. my problem is I HATE DOING LAUNDRY :angry7:

A maid would be great, but a cook would suit me much better. I would love to sit down to someone else's cooking for a change.

I am 70 years old now and still don't have a maid. I live by my self but I have a full time job so when I get home I am too tired to do anything. I try to keep everything in place but it is a hopeless case. I don't see me not working as SS is not enough to live on. I hope everyone has a good day and May God bless each of you.

Oh yeah, I could use a maid right about now. Just for a couple days to get caught up would help.
