I was wondering, why does FC have a standard and secure login?

To give you the option of choosing the level of security you want when you log in.

Not sure whether a secure login translates into greater security on every activity you do while on site or is just to provide you with the added protection when logging in.

I would think everyone would want a FC secure site because with FC members info on this site and with identity theft and hackers stealing peoples info, I think FC should secure this site completely.
