I hadn't heard of any of these "Nyan Cat" videos, so when I originally heard the smooth jazz version, I was a little put off by it. But I noticed YouTube had a bunch of similar Nyan Cat videos, so I realized that this was a meme, and read up on that meme (http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/nyan-cat-pop-tart-cat#.TsFDRlbNSSo (http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/nyan-cat-pop-tart-cat#.TsFDRlbNSSo)). After seeing the original Nyan Cat vid as well as the Slipknot variation, I understood the humor behind it and now agree that the smooth jazz version is pretty good too.
