An average menstruation cycle can last from 21 to 35 days in adults. In teens, it may last between 21 to 45 days. Since I have NO idea how old you are, you'll have to consider this as it applies to you. Many women have irregular periods, longer or shorter between, but if you aren't experiencing problems such as a lot of pain, heavy bleeding, etc., it may just be how YOUR body works. If it concerns you, have your doctor check you out or ask them about it. I am assuming you are counting the days correctly? By that I mean the first day of one period to the first day of your next. That may sound stupid to ask, but you would be amazed at how little some of us know when it comes to things like this. You might be one of those who never gets into the normal 28~ day cycle. That doesn't mean something is wrong, it is what it is. ;)
