Since becoming a Redskins season ticket holder last year, I realize how much I enjoy the atmosphere and excitement of a football stadium on game day. Such an atmosphere is hard to beat. There is nothing else quite like it! Whether we win or lose, Redskins games are a fun place to be. The funniest thing is that even the people who have had a little too much to drink are having a blast!
I realized for the first time yesterday that all of the Redskins games have a common thread. Each week, season ticket holders are offered a small complimentary food item upon entering the stadium. Fans in attendance at yesterday's game were offered Gingerbread men and decorated Christmas cookies. Last week, we enjoyed blueberry muffins.
I think that offering attendees a complimentary food item at every home game is a kind and thoughtful gesture on the part of the Redskins. Food adds to the enjoyment of many occasions. Football games are no exception.
