So I got an email today saying there was a new FC Survey for $1 "Quick and easy beverage survey" .. the email also said that it estimated that over 80% of all FC members would qualify for this survey... well apparently im not in the 80% as it told me:
Thank you for participating. Unfortunately you do not match the desired profile required to complete this survey.
it told me this AFTER answering the first question which asked if I had participated in certain kinds of surveys in the past 4 weeks.. I answered yes to one of them that asked about non alcoholic beverages because I had done the drinking water survey last week, then poof no go on the survey.. so was it that my profile didnt match, or that I was honest about doing a beverage survey (water) in the past 4 weeks.. makes me feel like I shoulda just lied..
I mean if it was that my profile didnt match, then why would they ask ANY questions AT ALL? wouldnt it already know prior to asking a single question that I didnt qualify, if the reason was my already filled out profile? WTF I feel like it lied to me on why I didnt qualify and if I had lied on one simple question about wether or not I did a certain kind of survey in the past 4 weeks then I woulda been able to do it. :BangHead:

sometimes these last a while

I did it its really easy

You were screened out after one question and are complaining? Take a look around the forum and see how many people spent half an hour on a survey only to get disqualified. I wish all of the surveys that were going to disqualify you did it after just the first question. Stay positive and do another one. I had a great day on FC yesterday with the surveys and am probably going to be able to cash out a month earlier than planned because of them. Good luck.

I know what you mean, they squeeze some answers out of you first and then tell you---you're not qualified. It's a real bummer.
-
Yes, I agree that it is very frustrating but there so many surveys out there and if you do them frequently you are going to be offered other beverage surveys and if you do one you might lose a chance at another. There are plenty more surveys to try, keep at it.

I know what your saying, but this isnt one of the daily surveys its one of the new FC surveys, that you fill out a profile for so that it already knows if your "matched" or not. Im glad it was only after one question too, I just wanted to state what happened. Now I just did another one for Video games and did the whole thing and it did the same thing, this time not after 1 question but a couple dozen. Now THAT one I complained about and sent in a support ticket.. I didnt send one in for the beverage one because it was just one question, no big deal, but this latest one I did the whole survey. Anyways, I didnt mean to complain about the beverage survey, I meant to state what happened and see opinion on it, based on the fact that we fill out a profile before hand for these new surveys.

The emailed surveys are delivered to you based on your Profile Surveys. They are not filtered by a prequalification question that relates to how many surveys you've taken on a particular subject, since we don't know that information! (You may have taken such a survey on a different site). The prequalifications are there to reduce the amount of hassle and time wasted on your part and even though you weren't qualified, at least you found out quickly.
You should always answer questions truthfully. If you had lied and gotten through, it would have come up in an audit later on and the credit would be revoked.

@ Firestorm, I kind of have to agree with you as I had a similar experience with several of the others that came via email. The issue for me is that I had already taken them through FC, not another site, so the spin answer from Admin still doesn't make sense to me, I can't believe that FC would not have a way to know the info already. It says either that they don't have enough funds or time to spend to make it so, or they just don't care. I had gotten all excited, thinking oh wow, these are fresh so I shouldn't get blocked out or disqualified, wrong! Just one more disappointment, and gee, thanks for pointing out that I got to my disappointment faster this time, like that really makes it better? I should be more humble , disappointment is disappointment, fast or slow I think. Never saw a qualifier for fast disappointment vs. slow disappointment. Call me crazy!

Sorry if you think my answer is "spin". We've had hundreds of complaints about Daily Surveys which DQ after many questions and long minutes, so I assumed it was something most people agreed on. I find it hard to believe that you'd be equally disappointed with an instant DQ as you would with a DQ after 15 minutes of answering. The bottom line here is that the emails are as targeted as reasonably possible. Is it perfect? No. If you are unhappy with the email invitations you can very easily unsubscribe from them with a single click, and then you don't have to deal with the disappointment anymore.

I didnt qualify either and I was so sure i would lol

personally, I'm just glad for the additional options to make more dollars on this site. I cleared 2 of those fusion cash surveys, and it added to my monthly dollars. I can't complain.

Absolutely! I have had more money go into my account in a very short time than ever before with the new surveys. They pay a lot and aren't as long as most of the others. They also credit right away. I am going to cash out a month earlier because of them.

i found that i answered all the questions, survey benefited from all my answers, spent over an hour, then it said i did not qualify. i did not get paid. i did not get credit. then it sent me to another survey. that survey did the same thing. completed it. then did not qualify...this went on for 6 surveys until i stopped. TIME SPENT: 5.2 HOURS. CREDIT RECEIVED: NONE SURVEYS FULLY COMPLETEDl 5

I didn't qualify for the survey either, but can't complain since I didn't complete very much of it!

I, too, have been honest in answering questions about doing prior surveys and been disqualified. And initially I had the same thought as you voiced about being honest. Then I thought about it. There is a reason that the question is asked and from the business end of the survey company it makes sense. So my thought is this. Continue to be honest and the ones that are right for you will come your way. I've learned just to be happy when the survey qualifies me and spend little time being disappointed when they don't. Good luck!

Yep surveys are the worst. Stay away!
