my sister made a book from recipes from the magazines and she will give it to my mom.i think is really good idea and cheap!!!!

Very unique.  Go sister!  I am making a wedding scrapbook for my sister (her birthday is this week).  I've enjoyed the process and hope she loves it, but I will be the first to warn people that it is more time consuming that one might think.  Also if doing pictures (verses poems/writings/etc) you do have to try to think about the other's point of view---the item is not for your house or your likes.
