I was told that right side sleeping is better than the left side way. I am left side sleeper though.
-
Usually either side. However right now,I sleep on my right side. I am having problems with my left shoulder so no left side sleeping . :-[
-
I usually fall asleep on my right side, but then I'll wake up on my left side. I wonder why that side is better?
-
I normally sleep on my left side, but it just depends which way is more comfortable that day :dontknow:
-
I don't even know....generally on my back I think actually
-
I sleep on my right side, although I have a bad habit of putting my arm under my head, even with a pillow. This causes me to lose feeling in my arm followed by a sore shoulder.

I belive in turning during the night it helps with the stiffness that occur while you sleep.
-
i usually sleep on my stomach but haven't for almost the past year due to being pregnant and then having baby... now I tend to lay on my right side while I watch him sleep
-
Mostly on my right side!!
-
i sleep on both sides, sometimes on my stomach. IDK, I shift around alot in my sleep.
-
I never thought about side sleeping. I just sleep whichever side, right, left, back, stomach, feels comfortable at the moment.
-
I sleep on my stomach. I can't sleep on my back and rarely sleep on my sides.
-
Neither. I can't sleep on either side. I can't sleep lying on my tummy either. My only option is on my back, which isn't very comfortable either. :BangHead:
-
Actually, I read that sleeping on your left side is better for digestion. :dontknow: I wouldn't think it matters very much how you sleep, as long as you sleep!
I do 360s all night long...
-
Back and belly works for moi.
-
I sleep on my left side.
-
I fall asleep on my right side and when I wake up I am on my back.
-
I think it depends on whos in my bed with me lol
-
I sleep on my stomach with my right leg up and my head down on the left side
-
I prefer stomach but I can pretty much fall asleep in any position anywhere
-
I have slept on all sides including sitting up. I sleep on the right by habit --- not by preference because the right side of my bed is placed next to the wall when I hop to bed from the left. I have slept on the front side when I took a nap during the hot summer weather before switching to a more comfortable position. I have recently tried to sit upright all night when I meditate instead of lying down on bed. Maybe later on I don't need to sleep in my bed anymore? ??? ;D
-
I slept flat on back.
-
I think that through out the night I sleep on both sides...but most of thee time I sleep on my left side :dontknow:
-
When I went to a sleep clinic a couple of years ago, the technologist told me that, all things being equal, the following sleeping positions are preferred for optimum health: 1) On your back with feet slightly elevated; 2) on your left side; 3) on your right side; and 4) on your stomach. Of course if you're pregnant or have other health issues, check with your doctor. Personally, I prefer sleeping on a mattress!
-
Left side is more comfy for me!!!
-
i start out on my left, but turn both ways in the middle of the night
-
on my stomach but usually wake up on my right side or by back
-
I use to try and sleep on my left side, because I am protective of my right arm. I have realized over the years that this is pointless because I will toss into every laying possition imaginable anyway, so it doesn't seem to matter how I fall asleep.
-
I sleep on my both sides but usually wake up with my right side down.
-
I love sleepin on my left side. Mainly because it's just more comfortable that way. I couldn't sleep on my back if someone paid me. My husband does a lot and he snores when he sleeps on his back, grrrr. I prefer side sleeping, eithier side. But mostly left.
-

Your husband is most fortunate.
-
I sleep on the right side or my stomach. Lately though I have had a tough time falling asleep. Perhaps it is because of the weather.
-
I find constantly switch sides during the night. I am usually a shifter.
-
I was told by a dr once, sleeping on the left side would help reduce water weight. Not sure it really works.
I used to sleep on either side, however, Im unable to put any weight on either shoulder now. So, I just wait till I pass out...lol

I sleep on my back. When I sleep on my side, I usually lose feeling in one arm.
-

-
Any and all! Sometimes I even wake up and find that I have completely flipped myself around; head at foot of the bed, and feet at the head. :o
-
I mainly sleep on my left side, but I'll move around occasionally throughout the night.
-
Mainly on my left side, but through the night, I shift.
