Title: Offer Not Crediting

I did the UPS MyChoice offer via FusionCash on the 26th using the same e-mail address and username that I use on FusionCash. I got a confirmation e-mail within minutes, yet the offer never credited to my account. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I tried twice and haven't gotten credit for it. I don't understand why some people are getting credit immediately and others never get credit. It may be another issue with the browser we're using. I am using Firefox. I also got a confirmation email and notifications of packages, so I'm not sure why there was no credit.
