Most of the time I walk or row. But when I go to the gym about once a week and beginning to really like the exercise bike. :wave: :peace:

pushups lol, i push up from my chair when i have to :) (J/k)..i usually enjoy the treadmill, i can read while walking on it..great way to multitask ;)

Sit ups is my favorite so far,I'm trying to work on my abs.

My favorite exercise would be walking, going to the gym, and I like getting on the treadmill. I like to do any kind of exercise that is good.

Clicking my mouse on money making offers. You should see my right index finger! Between clicking and sleeping, I'm in great shape.

I def like workouts with goals....doing a mile in a certain time. Or a set time like 20 mins to see what your maxium distance is. Zumba is a blast, but totally what you get out of it. Not into step, but I find it slightly dangerous to those whom lack some coordination. LOL

Been trying to work out. It really takes committment that's for sure. Miss a day here or there and you miss more and more.

I like my elpticle (spelling :dontknow:). I love to swim but I have to go to a gym or public pool to do that. I have a routine I do every other day for bursites (spelling again :BangHead:) of the hip. Not the funnest but they keep the pain away.

I'm bad....so many herniated discs in my neck and lower back that I don't exercise. Sometimes walking to much kills my hips!

I like jogging, swimming, and basketball.
I don't jog on the streets. Normally I go to LA Fitness, but my father has bad lungs, so when I run for a short period of time, my lungs can't handle it and I have to stop. I swim at LA Fitness, too, because public places are dirty, small, and cramped. You can barely swim at public pools. At LA Fitness, you actually have a hot tub and normally 1 or 2 lanes free. Also, the hygiene is much better. I play basketball and have been getting better and better. :D

Walking, riding my bike, and sometimes I like to do some workout videos. Unfortunately I haven't done any of this in a while :(...I need to start back up.

Running unless my knees start bothering me then it's the elliptical. Weight training as well.

I love to run - although I haven't in about a year since I had a baby in November...definitely need to get back into that! I actually use some workout dvd's from beachbody - it's the Turbo Jam series and right before I get pregnant I had gotten the Turbo Fire (their version of the P90X). It's an awesome workout that is fun and is definitely a total body workout. My arms never looked so good after that (not scary Madonna good, but nicely toned)!

Mine would be walking. It use to be hiking but I can't go into the woods anymore because I am allergic to poison ivy and poison oak.

i love the exercise ball. u can do a lot of exercises on it. i love it. love to run to but i can't with snow on the ground.

I like cardio and weight training. The types of cardio I do are power waling, step aerobics and biking. The weight training is free weighta or weight machines at the gym or resistance bands. I also do yoga and pilates, and total body stretching. :wave:

I like anything that is physical. Including sex now that's a really good workout

I am in school for kinesiology and am planning t go into personal training and fitness as a career. I personally really love chinups and squats. There are my favourites and I find they work the best as well

I walk a lot, but my favorite form of exercise is swimming i love to swim it really keep you in good shape. You use just about every muscle in your body.

I do weight training almost exclusively. Love the pump and feeling afterward. I struggle to get into cardio unless it is done in the course of playing sports, basketball, tennis, football,etc.

I really enjoy Tai Chi and Martial Arts and I also do a lot of walking. My husband just started doing hour walks every day so it's nice to have someone to chat with on a good walk. The little walks with the dog don't count because it's stop and sniff or do business every couple of steps.

My favorite exercise is walking, less stress on my knees. When I go to the gym I like the stationary bike and I also like the Step and Zumba classes.

My favourite sport was running, but after a motorcycle accident (which was not my fault), I can only do walking now - still gives me a good workout though....... :thumbsup:

Walking. I even do it without actually thinking about it. No, I don't mean I got up and went to the kitchen or something. Sometimes I just find myself outside, walking around the neighborhood with my ipod. I find it really relaxing.
If I go to the gym I still walk, and if I have a partner I like to play racquetball.

My favorite exercise of all time is running! :heart: I am a very devoted runner and I love the thrill I get when entering a competition, such as a 5k, half marathon and eventually a whole marathon, which I plan on doing by this Fall.
Running has been my whole life and really the only exercise where I can let go of any stress that I have and be in a completely different state of mind. I hope I can continue running until I am 80 years old.......which is another goal I have in mind! lol :notworthy:

To me EXERCISE is a dirty word. If I can do an activity without sweating I am all for it, but aerobics, workouts and running are off my list.

??? I am disabled with back and leg problems so I don't really exercise. If I had a favorite it would be walking in a pool because that works for me but I no longer have a pool so I don't really have a favorite exercise nor am I able to exercise so............................... :crybaby2:

i really enjoy running , not the kind on the treadmill though...i like to be on a trail ..its very relaxing for me i can clear my mind

I love to dance! It is a really good work out, and burns some calories. Plus it is an exercise the whole family can do together.

I love the wii fit...plus a good 5 mile walk everyday works for me....and a great game of basketball

I hate exercising, but would have to pick swimming if forced to choose. most of the time when i get in the pool i just sort of relax and float around so it is not really exercising.

I dont mean to discourage you, but sit ups will not get u abs.
you have to watch what u eat, that's the key to get a six pack.

I use my tead climber every day, do free weights and ab work 3 times a week, some yoga and stretching, and I ride my bike. I think this is a pretty well rounded workout, with the emphasis on cardio which helps the heart.

The elliptical if it is a best quality one. I use this because it is like running in the air and is not hard on the hips knees like all the others are to me. If its a cheap one then its to hard and not for real. Even though it is like running in the air you get all the same changes as if you ran on land.

I do not mind any exercise that does not cause a lot of sweating. I do mostly toning with handweights and then stretching.

At the gym I love the cross ramp. I also love swimming, hiking, and running.

Tai chi....it's a good workout - helps me relax at the end of the day and releases tension. Also meet my friends there and talk story.

I walk since my child loves stroller rides, but Tai Chi sounds awesome! I want to try that!

I really like getting out and walking, but with all the wind and pollen in the air really have a hard time of it. Bad back limits me also. Right now am hoping for rain and spring love to garden, and that really helps.

Gym work outs give you the motivation to continue to work out. They may be stressfull and rough but its for the good not the bad.

I love dancing to workout casually (while cleaning, etc) and yoga for a nice, toning exercise. I hate jogging while i am doing it but afterwards I feel great... so it's not a favorite. It's an adrenaline rush :D

Sex is a good cardiovascular activity, (among other things).

I like to run. I'm doing a couple of half marathons this year and hope to start training for a full marathon for next year. I also do P90x. I love the x ("bring it!") Anyone else? :)

i get a lot of excercise from working in the yard and garden and chasing the grandkids around.....i also like to take walks looking for mushrooms and wild flowers. no schedule ....no treadmills

Growing up I was a gymnast. Played Softball...shot hoops and was always on the go. I never liked jogging or running. Than my best friend and I moved in with one another. She has really long legs so her step forced me to speed walk. Since I felt like a goober walking like that I would "jog" next to her. Before I knew it I started shedding pounds...my outlook on life was clear and I felt great. I went as far as getting a Y membership so I could use the treadmills to job in the winter months. I never thought in a million years jogging would be my favorite form of exercise.

Walking is my favorite type of exercise. It can be done by almost everyone and almost anywhere.
If I were to take a class, I would like to try the Zumba classes. They look like a lot of fun!!

>:( Am disabled so have trouble exercising if I had a favorite it would be anything I could do in a pool as that is easiest for me to do. I do not have a pool at the present to work out in so I walk as much as I am able and my sons are trying to help me do some weight training.

I love to walk it is a great time of year in the spring to get out and walk. I also like to bike for fun it is also a great way to get around and save on gas.

If I exercise at all which is very random not daily like I should I opt to take a walk or I will ride to the beach and then walk on the beach weather permitting so walking gets my vote :thumbsup:

My exercise is my job I am lifting heavy things every day

I purchase a tread climber from bowflex and I am on that climber at least 20 times for the whole week.
Now that's a perfect workout for me.....

I love running, doing pushup, squatts, and crunches. But, i want to try something different like insanity, I heard that it is very intense and want to give it a try. The best thing about this is that yo dont need any weights heck you that is good real good,
