Quick and Easy $1.00!!
Just did this one-it was in the top left-hand spot on my "new" offers page. Very quick and easy, and email about credit received was in my inbox before I even got the last page(s) closed. ;D
Mobile Phone Survey 2012-01-06 $1.00 Approved
Had to give my cell # though, so I hope I don't regret that..... ::)

I wasn't able to do this one. I kept clicking to the end, then it threw me a curve ball and wanted me to complete another offer to unlock the final page. I don't think offers that require you to do another offer should be allowed. Good for you though for getting it to credit.

try it again...I just kept skipping, no thanks-ing and closing pages; Then I hit refresh once or twice cuz I wasn't too sure what was up....some of the same offer pages opened again, and I don't remember for sure exactly where or how it finally ended -
but suddenly my email pop-up showed the FC notification of credit, and I was THROUGH!!!
I agree too, I HATE these kinds of offers, page after page after pop-up page....
I pretty much stopped doing them at all, but this one sucked me in because it didn't appear to me to be one of "those" offers.
So far I haven't had an issue with my cell phone due to it...(add a big - YET!)

i will try tis

The only thing that concerns me with the mobile phone offers if they begin to text and try to charge the phone service for a subscription. My carrier at the time told me to never respond to any text messages (...even to reply STOP) so as to not get charged.
-
Ok....did the survey. It turned out that I had to go through around 30+ pages. Haven't been credited yet....crossing fingers. Will post again as soon as I'm credited.

Have you had any issues with getting calls or texts on your cell phone yet? I'd like to do this one, but I'm very leery about giving out my cell #.

Hey IceKitty
Nope not a single thing has shown up...YET.
I don't usually (ever) give mine out either, but this one caught me off-guard, because it LOOKED like you were being sent to an actual SURVEY, rather than one of these endless offers, offers, offers "GET ME OUTTA HERE" things they call surveys.
It says "Enter your cell phone number to see if you (or maybe it said your carrier?) qualify for the survey".
So I put it in there, and then as I continued to the next page, I thought OH CRAP! especially since it's then clear what kind of offer I started.... :angry7: :BangHead: :angry7:
Too late then to stop, so I just finished it, hoping I at least MIGHT get credit for it (seldom if ever have I gotten credit for these kind of offers) and that I wouldn't have ENORMOUS problems from it.
To make a short story long :-[ : So far...Credit received quickly, and not a single call or text received.
Good luck if you decide to do it!

Thanks for the info about this offer. I am very reluctant to give out my cell phone number and I really dislike those types of offers that go on and on. But having said that, I've listened to people on this forum and have actually completed a couple of the recommended offers of this type without any problems. I guess if you have the time to keep saying "no" on page after page, it may be worth the effort!

I still haven't gotten credit for this one....bummer.
-
I tried this and kept hitting dead ends where I would have to agree to sign up or participate with something else. Bummer.

Well, I think I'm gonna wait another day or two before I decide. In the meantime, let us know if you have any problems with texts or calls. I hope you don't find charges on your next bill because of it.

I’m not sure about this one. I think I’ll have to pass up this $1.00 offer because I dislike having to submit my cell number. If they choose to bombard text messages (ads?) later or make 3rd party charges, it can easily accumulate to more than $1.00 on the phone bill. Makes no difference to me at all.

Still no calls or texts from any unknown or unidentified/unidentifiable numbers :) . (I've been apprehensive about this ever since I gave my number too! :confused1: )
I won't see charges on a bill as I switched from the big "V" to a prepaid carrier when they started requiring a data plan to get new phones that were better when our "new every two" upgrade was due (OMG are we saving $$ every month since we did this)
I'll keep updating you on this for a while, too. (You guys will be the first to know if I see any issues, right after I kick my own :bootyshake:)

i went through the whole survey clicking skip or no thanks on all the offers and I finally got to the end page where it said "to recieve credit for this survey you must click the link below" the link just said Click to Continue...but I wasn't able to click the clink. The page stayed dark even after it was fully loaded and the link never became clickable?!?!?!?!

Can you try it again, and if you get to the same page and the same thing happens, try refreshing the page & see if that works.
I know you've probably heard this same thing over and over, but did you make sure to clear cookies, history, cache before you did it? If not that too and then try it again.
If those doesn't help you out at all, then I'm tapped for answers...sorry.

duroz.....
Thanks for the update, however the offer is no longer showing on my offer wall. Probably a good thing because I was real apprehensive about doing it anyway.
I'm with the big "V" too and am eligible for the "new every two" as well, but don't want to pay the outrageous monthly price to upgrade to a better phone. I can switch to a different carrier (prepaid) and get unlimited everything for HALF of what I'm paying now!!! And, they have more choices of phones than Verizon does too.

Ooh, I hate that when the screen blacks out on the spot where you are supposed to click for credit for something. Did you try refreshing the page? Sometimes that works!
