Title: Why are videos not crediting?

Why are practically none of the videos I watch crediting?  I watch them every day they are offered and am very seldom paid.

I watch the videos using an Internet Explorer(IE) browser and generally do not have problems getting credit.

When I watched them using Firefox, however, they frequently didn't credit.

I use IE, also.  Thank for your response; I just keep trying.

Try clearing your cookies and temp files.

When I have problems getting things to load or process, sometimes that does the trick.  If that's not enough, after clearing the cookies and temps, I close down the browser, turn off the PC and start over.  Occasionally there are quirks in the system that require rebooting. 

All of this assumes that you are using broadband.  (If you are using dial-up, getting credit for videos is next to impossible.  The download is just too slow.)
