Title: Anyone take the Cigarette smoker survey?

Was wondering if anyone took or is in the process of taking the TWO-PART survey for California smokers? It is a two part survey (online & phone) for $10.00?  I did the first part but am waiting for them to call in the next few days,,,,,,anyone else familiar with this process or have you done it? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks  :wave:

No...I'm not a smoker.....that's at least one bad habit I never acquired.  Sorry you didn't get all your credit, I hate it when that happens. :dontknow:
