Title: Ought frozen surveys be acknowledged and paid?

Have you experienced a survey that froze on you? What did you do to try and refresh and unfreeze that survey? I contacted the survey's technical support and hopefully i'm gonna hear from them that i'm gonna get paid for that survey that i had to delete because i couldn't get in unfroze? I tried refreshing it a few times and waited over minutes at a time, but it wouldn't unfreeze and i deleted it. We ought to be given some kind of acknowledgment for these frozen surveys  :thumbsup: ???

am still awaiting the survey administrator's/technial support's reply? Hopefully they're gonna be in my favor to update and improve their frozen surveys and acknowledge some form of recognition for participants investing their times wasted in these surveys that freeze up and i can't complete.
