Title: 2 week old Support Ticket - getting no response?
Post by: firestorm420 on January 21, 2012, 01:15:43 pm
I sent in a support ticket on Jan 8th, 13 days ago about  FC Survey Health Ailments that I did.. I have not recieved any response of any kind after 13 days???

After clicking on the Health Ailments survey, it took me to a survey from samplicious which I completed in full.. The only thing is the survey was not about health ailments at all, rather it asked me about daily deal email services.. Upon completion, the congrats page it loaded was not the normal one you see when completing a FC Survey, but rather a samplicios one.. I never got credit for anything so I took a screenshot of the congrats page, and I sent in a Support Ticket, however I didnt no were to send the screenshot to so I requested info on were to send it in the Support Ticket.. A few days later I come to see a new FC Survey for guess what - Daily Deals - the survey I had somehow taken instead of Health Ailments.. I then updated the support ticket by posting a couple more messages via "reply to ticket", the last one being on Jan 13th.

I have recieved no response what so ever to this ticket, which makes me think I never will seeing as how the other couple of Support Tickets Ive sent in have been responded to within 2-4 days.

So Administrator can you help me out with this?

Suggestion about sending the screenshot:

Use Tinypics to create a URL of the screenshot and submit the URL (forum posting  or email format -- not sure which would be correct) in another of your replies to support.

You can also include it in the body of your forum post -- just modify your post and add the URL (forum posting).

If you need help with this process, let me know via this thread and I'll post the directions that I developed  -- or you can view the instructions that FC has for posting a screenshot for posting your proof of fc payment (Contest and Promotions section of Forum)

@ firestorm420 - will you post again here, please, if you get a response from support to your support ticket? I have a question on a similar issue (although mine isn't because no credit was received, I received the "wrong" credit).
I am sort of waiting to see if you have any luck or what your outcome might be.

Thanks!! (And good luck!)

Support tickets about FC Surveys are handled by our survey partner.  That, however, does not excuse the long delay.  I think they were waiting for confirmation of your survey completion, or perhaps lost track of your ticket.  I will ask them to follow up.  I'm sorry for the delay.
