Title: How many times.....

How many times should I retry an offer before giving up if it does not credit?  I don't want to be accused of scamming but sometimes second time has been a lucky charm for me on here.

As many times as you want but just make sure you only complete it once 'cos it's against the rules to complete a single offer twice.
