Title: Have you ever seen a liger?
Post by: sommap on February 10, 2012, 08:22:14 am: I have just seen pictures of them. They are a cross between a tiger and a lion. The baby ones are so cute.

Only if the father is a lion and the mother is a tigress, that it will be a liger. If the father is a tiger and the mother is a lioness, the offspring will be a tigon. The offspring of a liger and tiger, is a ti-liger.

I had no idea it got that in-depth (the ti-liger) and I honestly didn't know about the mule! You learn something new everyday! :thumbsup:

First time I saw one ... beautiful and OMG when full grown they are huge.
