Hello FusionCash, I am having trouble cashing out. I currently have $25.27 and everytime I click on "cashout now" it says "Internet Explorer can't display the webpage". Please help and thank you in advance. :thumbsup:

First, you shouldn't cash out this early in the month. Whether you cash out today or on February 29th, the earliest you'll see your payment is March 20th. So you have time to get this resolved.
Have you tried the following:
1 Clear your cookies and temporary files.
2. Reboot your PC (sign out; log back in)
3. Try another browser (I usually don't have problems with IE, but I do use Firefox for most PTC and GPT sites.)
4. This is the link to the first page of the cashout process. Try entering it directly to the address bar to see if you get the same response. (Or click on it, if it shows up in green)

I did not have a problem with the "cashout" link (shown on your account page) and I am using IE.
5. Submit a ticket to support.

I use Google chrome always! No problems with anything fusion cash on chrome. I love this browser - my favorite. I don't know why but I was never a big fan of firefox and ie causes too many viruses.

Yup, looks like it was an issue from IE. Consider making the switch because the other browsers offer so much more benefits over IE.
