In moderation, I would say even bacon and sausage are ok - all things in moderation. Veggie burgers don't seem as healthy to me as people think - mainly because it takes away from a well-balanced diet. You do need vegetables in your diet, obviously - but you need meat too.

Post by: jski107 on June 06, 2012, 09:20:09 am: I would have to say bacon. I do enjoy sausage as a breakfast side, but bacon is always my go-to breakfast meat. Plus, when it comes to my egg sandwiches, I much prefer bacon over sausage. Additionally, sausage patties give me the creeps.

Bacon taste good but one sausage link or patty will fill you up faster than one slice of bacon so I will take sausage please :notworthy:

Nothing is better on a sandwich that crisply cooked bacon. I don't mind sausage once in a while but it has a real tendency to give me indestion.
