Two suggestions:
Show only the most recent and any pending cashout on the account page. Provide access to older cashouts on another page (history). You currently show all of them on the main page.
Similarly, only show approved credits and those related to a pending cashout on the main page. Put all credits that have been cashed out on a history page. You currently show credits for the last 240 days.

I agree with Swogden about changing to current and history pages. Also, I think the latest forum topics could go elsewhere.

I can see the obvious benefits of showing only recent credited offers on the account page. But I'm concerned that if credits are 'falling off' of that page before they expire, people will feel like we're deliberately hiding the fact that they're soon to expire.
I think that showing only the 3 most recent cashouts is a good idea; I will work on that.
Forum topics seem to be divisive: some people use them and some don't... we'll see how the survey pans out.

My suggestion of showing on approved credits and those in a pending cashout status would not result in having aging credits falling off. I'm suggesting that credits that currently show "cashed out" be put in the history section. Any credit that hasn't been cashed out would still be shown in the account page.
It's been awhile since I lost a credit because it was more than 180 days old. Agree that those should be shown until newer credits have been cashed out or 240 days whichever is earlier.
