That's strange as IE and Firefox are typically the recommended browsers when completing offers. My only other suggestion would be to try using Chrome. Of course, let FC Support know of this issue especially if you've tried a few times throughout the course of a day and still aren't having any luck.

Want an answer? Just click on the post in the offers section of the forum under "surveys not working, anyone else" and there it is explained by the administrator and in a post further down by falcon 9 there is an in depth explanation that you should read. What is affecting the surveys is affecting these offers as well.

Noted.

I just completed the Gamefly offer for $10.00 instant credit and It didn't work. Is that related?

If everything seemed to be loading correctly I don't think this offer is affected. These larger offers can sometimes take awhile to credit.

As someone pointed out, I believe there is somewhere on Fusion Cash with directions for what to do.  Sometimes emptying your cache can help, along with clearing your cookies.  Google chrome may work, but not always if the other two browsers are having issues, too.  I get an error page on one video in particular - or was getting it - instead of the video coming up and error message appeared.  It happened on other sites with the same video.  Weird.

I have heard that if you delete your browsing history every day before you start your offers it will sometimes help. Also Administration reads these posts, and may intervene if there is a problem, or themselves post suggestions. Good luck

Had trouble as well. My equipment was at fault as well as my ISP. Changed computer tower and changed DSL modem connection. Before I could not get Logan Roadhouse offer. After smooth as silk. Windows XP with IE 8.

Even if it meant FC would have less than 10 offers, I wish FC went through and took out the offers that weren't crediting/broken links. But I do understand that it is visually appealing to new FCers to see lots and lots of offers.
