Title: no credit for videos

Since yesterday I haven't received credit for watching the videos. Is anybody else having the same problem? >:(

Yes, I've had that problem with certain videos. For example there was one recently for Fashion Star (an upcoming TV show) and I watched it multiple times but was never credited. I contacted Support about this but they said they could not provide credit for the videos watched.

Are you being credited for any videos? If not there's definitely a problem. Maybe try clearing the cookies in your browser.

sometimes the video has a click for rewards or you have to like on facebook to get the credit and other things, if that's not it clearing cookies helps, but just see after a few minutes if it credits I've had videos not credit the first time then came back later and they credit after watching them again..

The time where videos don't credit for me is usually related to my web browser. I mainly use firefox all the time but i've noticed there are some videos that only credit when you watch them with internet explorer. I'm not sure why this is, but i know it's true for some videos.

I've had that happen a few times so I end up trying another browser or if I watch it 2-3 times it ends up crediting at least once. :wave:

I watched the "Friends with Kids" Video yesterday (3/10) and  wasn't credited for it. When I came online  this evening, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the credit finally showed up.

HI..

same problem here.. the other day there was a few videos on the windows phone, and i must have watched them 4 or 5 times and nothing.. Today, i watched the video 2x, only got credit for 1...

I haven't been able to get videos or tasks or Datoz.net to credit either....must be a weird day or something...cleared cache and cookies and still nothing
