I see this is your first post - in order to get people to join in you should put some more detail behind the post. Asking a question is always a good way to get everyone involved.

May I please take this opportunity to throw in a quick endorsement for the public library as my favorite freebie. Books, CDs, DVDs, lots of magazines and papers, whiz-bang fast computers--what's not to like?  I LOVE MY LIBRARY!  Just so you know.    8)

Facilities such as shelters, public libraries and food banks were not established for "free", despite being "free" to use such things do cost money, (even if it isn't the user's money).  "Prayer" is free because it has no material value. "Loopholes" aren't free except in the sense of 'gaming the system', (like obtaining something via freeloading). Your declaration becomes 'the best things in life are freeloaded'.

How are librarys free dont people that pay property tax and other taxes actually pay for the librarys existance. there for i would say the only way they are truely free is if someone who doesnt pay any tax at all uses these services. But they are only free for those type of people.
