Title: No credit

Wow, I had 2 offers today that did not credit. I've never had that happen before (2 in 1 day). The emusic offer did not credit and I did an FC survey on health insurance that did not credit.  :crybaby2: :dontknow:

Sorry that that happened to you.  :BangHead: You could always try opening a support ticket. I also suggest that you use a different browser. I have a macbook and some offers have not credited when I try them using safari. In some cases, I tried again using a different browser and got credit. Other times, it did not help. I have to watch the videos using google chrome or I will not get credit.  :dontknow:

I think there's something going on with the FC surveys.  I finished the casual restaurant one today and haven't been credited, and someone else had the same problem yesterday.
