not sure i have a fav, since i dont usually cook on sun, mon, tues , wed or any of the rest of the day, just when the mood strikes me .  last night i made stuffed bell peppers. they were really worth the time i put into them too. finally ate one around 5 this morning. of course we all know cooking is the best way to lose weight who feels like eating after you cooked all day lol

I made Southwest Casserole for the first time tonight, it was really good. I found the recipe on the back of a Kraft cheese pack.

Today is a good day for some Grilled chicken , corn on the cob, homemade bisquits, and how could I forget  a nice buttery grilled potatoe! Has to be one of my favorite meals. I think my most favorite meal is one that I don't cook LOL

I like to cook. Yesterday, I made sea food soup with spicy chicken. My two boys ate it all. I like to see everyone like the food that I cooked .
