Title: Offers that have not paid out-posting without offending sponsors
Post by: jljaxn1982 on April 19, 2012, 06:15:29 pm
I clicked on Disney Movie Club today, it turned out to be Disney books, I figured why not? 99 cents a book and free shipping! So I fill out the form, I CLICKED no thanks to the two extra books for 5.00, entered my cc info and hit submit order. I got charged for the two extra books, I was told I would get an email etc. I was completely upset they charged me the five bucks when I clicked no thanks, I click for pennies so obviously 5.00 is upsetting. My credit card was charged right away-I did not get an email and have not gotten credit here at FusionCash. I tried calling the company and they were 'closed' for the day. I finally submitted an online chargeback ticket on my cc which they will call me before they actually take action. The whole experience really put a damper on a great day.
The same thing happened with Mercury Magazines, spent money-no credit. There's more that didn't credit and I will post. I had to post, we all work hard and to SPEND money and not get credit.... I LOVE this site, it's just those couple of offers that don't pay out... well WE 'FusionCashers' are loyal and hardworking, we deserve every penny. I am sorry if I started a new thread if there was one already but I guess I wanted to post but not with disrespect to so many of our awesome sponsors or our rockin admin! If you feel the need to vent or share about offers that haven't given you credit-here is a thread. But let's do it with FusionCash dignity!!

I wanted to try the Disney book offer, it is something that I am interested in, but I figure the cash back as the final actual price of the product.  If the credit is hit or miss, then I am not sure that I want to do it.  I also do not want to be overcharged either.  Thanks for letting us know.

Has anybody else had any better luck?
