Title: frustrated by technical difficulties
Post by: voynagal on April 25, 2012, 07:22:25 pm
man I finally qualified for one of the daily surveys.  Got about 20 min in and got a technical difficulties error and to try back later.   :'(
It says come back later but i don't know how or if its possible to do that?  I think I would have preferred to get all the way to the end and find out the quota has been met. well maybe not.  :dontknow:

Did you keep the link? I mean you could essentially try to access it again while you're logged into FC but that is no guarantee that it will pay you if in fact you can access it later. I am sorry that happened to you, I know how frustrating it can be to spend all that time for nothing.

wow can't believe i didn't think of that. duh me.  i just assumed because i was already into the survey that it wouldn't be able to pick it up from there.  I;ll have to try that the next time it happens.  thanks

this has happened to me too, usualy at the end of some surveys during the 'classification' questions (seemingly the last question!)

Refreshing or hitting the back button sometimes will work, others it wont, depending on the survey. Most times your just screwed over basicly but I would suggest to always try to refresh the page or hit the back button because sometimes that does work.

I tried to qualify for a $6 survey but was declined then I went onto the next survey...a $4 Luxery Vehicle Survey...I received a message...needs a pin #  :dontknow: what the heck... ???so I logged out and logged back in to try and take the survey and got the response I had already participated in the survey...which I had not!  This has happened to me before and I have contacted customer service but was only credited the penny for trying the survey.  When you click on the survey you wish to take and you either make it to the end or are declined... then survey is dropped from your menu...right...well the $4 Luxery Vehicle Survey is still there...I signed up with FusionCash to make a little extra money not to be discouraged almost every time I try to take a survey  :BangHead:

Surveys seem to be a hit or a miss and not just on Fusion Cash. I am on several sites and there are problems with surveys on every one of them. You have to have a C'est La Vie attitude when you begin a survey. You might have a good experience but then again you might not. I always take a deep breath when I begin a survey and hope for the best.  :dontknow:

I'm so sorry that it happened. There's nothing that can be really done. In fact, I avoid surveys altogether because of frustration
