I was looking under the Forum tag, I understand the bonus for 30 to post but not really clear on payout for indivdual post or it not possible to get paid out for that?

I don't think there is any payout for individual posts. Just the 30 posts total per month.

You are correct.
The only posting bonus on FC is the $3.00/mo to post at least 30 meaningful posts. So whether you post just 30 or 130, if at least 30 are meaningful, and you request the forum bonus, you see only $3.00 credited to your account around the end of the month following the month you made the request.
I usually do 40-50 posts each month, just in case some of them aren't deemed meaningful (plus posts to the Contest and Promotion section don't count for the minimum 30) and I make the request for the bonus on the next to last day of the month. Haven't had a problem getting the bonus and it's a nice additional to my account each month.
