My friend Heck318 sent me a referral, and her account has since been restricted!! She has sent a support ticket yesturday, and has not heard anything. She said she already had $25.00 this month, and now is unable to cashout. She told me what happend this morning, and so i am on here posting to get some answers for her and I. I am a colleague of hers, and she sent me to referral. I went and registered, but did it right away, and neither of us realized that stipulation of a public setting pc...I guess b/c we have the same office IP address that flagged her account. She did NOT know I was going to register so quickly, and I just want to resolve this for all involved! This is not fair her hard work has gone for not, b/c of a silly oversight, mistake. Her account shouldn't have been suspended, and was wondering if an Admin can please rectify this situation for her ....can some one please offers some insight =0( I feel horrible for her! Thanks! She can't even get on here to post =0( I am seriously thinking of cancelling my account now because I feel so bad for her, and don't think this is a fair way to treat honest hard working people, and make them feel horrible for a small oversight, which was not her direct doing. Thanks everyone!

I asked my firend she still has not had a support ticket answered, why does it seem like this is being ignored, and or not dealt with in a fair timely manner?
