Saturday is my favorite day for radio.  Two hours of news, Car Talk, then Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me.  Not that I know much about cars, but it's all informative and entertaining--two of my most favorite things.   ;D

I can still remember listening to Garrison Keillor's Lake Wobegon in my parent's bed before we children had to go to sleep. It was always fun to listen to having a mix of comedy and music. I always hated it when the show would end.

I also got to listen to the BBC's A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy in college. A friend of mine had all of the broadcasts recorded on tape, and he let me borrow them to listen to.
