I purchased something from JC Penny's through FC links on 5/1/12 and still haven't been credit. Does anyone know how long it takes or how I can check into this?

I think it differs through store, but some probably don't pay out until you receive the item and others may not pay until 30 days have passed so you don't just get the credit and return the item.
I only used the FC mall once, and not for jcpenney, but it took around ten business days to credit.

I think the guidelines say it can take up to 6 - 8 weeks in order for the merchant to be assured that the merchandise has not been returned before they pay out. Also there are additional restrictions , if you may have used a discount code as well, you probably won't be paid here. I had that happen to me a few months back and it took almost 2 months for the vendor to make their claim which put me under for the cashout I was expecting the following week. kind of stinks,, Lesson learned: don't count on it until you get it in a check.

I've made a couple online purchases, and it said I was getting credit, but never did. Not sure why....
