Hi,
Welcome to FC!
Not quite sure what you are asking.

You can add banners to your FC profile by copying the code into your sig line of your profile found at the top of the forum page.
There is a link to all banners at the bottom of FC account page

To add a  banner to an email
Go into your email setting and click on sig

Copy and paste the code

Make sure to change email sig settting to HTml not text

Save the changes on your sig and send an email to yourself.
