Title: Did you watch "The Real World" in the 90s

Seems pretty trashy now and I always hear people say it was better in the beginning. Is that true?

I didnt bc we didnt have cable. but my friends did!

yup, i would agree that it was better in the
beginning. seemed like it wasn't completely centered
around silly drama. of course there was a good amount,
but it was just more interesting. the cast members seemed
more mature or something...

I haven't watched The Real World since the 90's so I don't know what it's like lately to compare.

I did and I liked it a lot better back then than I do now.

I remember watching when it first came out. I do think it was better in the beginning. Seems like now it's just a show in an overacted brothel.

I watched it some during the first couple of seasons.  It seemed neat then as it was the first real reality show.  It wasn't long before it was obvious that a lot of it was set up and I just didn't enjoy after that.

I watched Real World during the 90's. I can't stand to watch it now though. The people who are on the show now are my age, even younger, and I feel slightly embarrassed because it's like they're giving everyone my age a bad name.

I watched parts of Season 3, with Puck and Pedro.  But only because I was a lot younger and didn't have anything better to do  :P
