:star: How many trips to the grocery store do you make in a month? :crybaby2:

We go every day because my husband loves walking around the grocery store and I can use the exercise too :)

1-2 times a month for me. I live alone so it's easier for me to make fewer trips. I tend to get most of the dry goods and cleaning/house supplies once every 4-5 weeks. Perishables - fruits/vegetables/dairy - I'll make a trip about every 2 weeks to re-stock those.
I used to shop once per week, but found I do spend less with fewer trips - I read somewhere part of the reason is less impulse buying. I also think it's due to better planning - one tends to buy less and makes sure they use up what they bought before the next trip.

Wish my son loved to go shopping. I'm the one that has to take his wife, cause he hates going to the store for any reason.. lol

About two-three.

way to many trips to the grocery store per week, wish I could cut out a few. Food doesn't seem to go as far as it use to these days :-[

At least one trip a week. Sometimes 2 if I decide to cook a special meal.

we go about twice a month.
one big trip, and then a smaller one for the staples
we run out of after two weeks... like milk, bread, etc.

About 5 to 6 times a month. I like to purchase fresh fruits and veggies, and if i forget anything it may be more. That's why it pays to have a planned grocery list prepared.

There just the two of us so we go once a week and spend between 50 and 80 dollars.

My dad does most of the grocery shopping and I think he goes there at least once a week. He'll do 2 big shopping trips a month when him and my mom get paid and then small trips during the week to pick up stuff he forgot, prescriptions, etc...

Usually every other day of the week.

Daily - the cashiers know me by name.

I usually go 2-3 times a week, as I shop at two separate supermarkets. One is a deep discount market that's not close-by, but I do try to get there as often as possible.

At least three to four times a month.

I have to go every week for sure, and maybe an additional trip to pick up extras. When I go once a week, I consolodate my other shopping at the same time. I find the grocery store to be too expensive for things like tissue, bottled water and paper towels. I shop ads at the dollar store, CVS or Walgreens, and get those items first and then head for the grocery store.

A whole lot fewer than I used to.
Now, I stock up once a month and try to make it last.
Of course, I do run and get fresh milk, bread and fruit but
not a full shopping experience.

Once a week or so...keep it simple, and just buying for myself!

wow, wish we could get away with going only once a week. Seems nothing lasts here, lol. Have to make a run to store more than 3 times a week. ???

THIS IS THE WAY I TRY TO DO IT TOO!
Sometimes I will go 4 or 5 times in a day.........Oh did I mention I do Secret/Mystery Shopping. I love having the grocery stores shops, because that means FREE GROCERIES, plus I get paid to do the shopping. AND yes, I do use coupons etc., so it makes the free money go even farther! When I don't have any shops going on it is usually every other week for major and then other times only if I have forgotten or ran out of something.

I usually go once a week, but sometimes twice if we need something or just want to make something that we're missing ingredients for.
