Title: What is a good free PC-Phone dialer?

Would anyone recommend me a good PC-2-Phone dialer software or service?

Basically, I want to make calls to 1-800 numbers from my computer for free because sometimes I don't have access to a real phone!

Anyone?

Just in case if anyone as the same question or stumbles upon this thread, I decided to sign up for Skype.

It's free, especially for dialing 1-800 toll free numbers.

Be sure to have a mic on hand too!

I used skype to dial a 1-800# and was cut off after a few minutes. I was then instructed to buy more airtime....
