You'd need to be more specific. When you say good offers, do you mean easy, quick, free, etc? Also, when you say a lot, do you mean like 1.00, or 5.00? I'd like to help, but the question in general is a bit too vague :(

Yes there are tons of good offers. The free ones are the quickest and easiest, but if you want offers that pay a lot you would have to try trial offers.
