I can log-in from my phone with no problem at all. However, when I try to login on my computer it won't let me. I have enabled cookies and cleared my cache. I know I am using the correct login information. When I click "go' it redirects me back to the login page.
I usually use Google Chrome so I tried Internet Explorer thinking maybe it was my web browser, but the problem continued. I messaged supported but it says it can take them up to 3 days to get back to me. I really don't want to wait that long before getting back to work.
Any suggestions???

There really isn't enough information provided to do more than guess ... however, have you tried logging-off of FC from your computer and then logging-on from your cell?
