You might consider looking through the other forums to see if your questions have already been answered before. If not, there are forums related to questions about offers, support, contests and promotions, etc.. Welcome to FC, where we were all newbies once.

If you have more specific questions that you don't see in the forum, make a new post. It seems like you found the forum just fine. =)
